Analysis of the Coupling and Coordination of Digital Economy-Ecological Protection-Regional Innovation in the Yellow River Basin
From the perspective of coordinated multisystem development,the article elaborates the coupling and coordination mechanism of digital economy,ecological protection,and regional innovation in the Yellow River Basin at the theoretical level.On this basis,by constructing the evaluation index system for the coupling and coordination of"digital economy,ecological protection,and regional innovation",the authors empirically examine the overall evaluation level of each system and the temporal and spatial differences in the degree of coupling and coordination of the three systems as well as the driving factors in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2020.The results indicate that the comprehensive development level of digital economy,ecological protection,and regional innovation in the Yellow River Basin shows a steady growing trend,with obvious regional development imbalance and systematic differences.From the overall mean of coupling coordination degree,the whole basin has long been on the edge of disorder,just entered the barely coordinated stage at the end of the research period,and the difference in spatial distribution is obvious,showing the decreasing trend of downstream＞middle reaches＞upstream.The coupled and coordinated development of the three systems in the Yellow River Basin is affected by a variety of driving factors such as,in turn,foreign investment,technological inputs,financial support,level of economic development,degree of opening up,and upgrading of industrial structure,with increasing influence in that order.In terms of the driving force,the Yellow River Basin as a whole shows the development trend of intrinsic＞extrinsic＞gove mmental motivation.In this regard,it is proposed to promote digital technology innovation and increase technological support of the three systems in the basin,to optimize the intrinsic power and enhance the construction of digital infrastructure and the upgrading of industrial structure in the basin,to intensify the extrinsic power and create a new pattern of opening up in the Yellow River Basin,and to give full play to the government's power,and strengthen the coordination and cooperation in the basin with the support of fiscal policies and technological inputs.
