Value Blueprint and Indicator Innovation in Evaluating Internationalization of China's Double Word-Class Universities in the New Era
The evaluation of university internationalization is a judgment of the meaning and value of internationalization of universities.In the new era,the concept of internationalization of higher education has evolved,greatly expanding the perspective of international education value.The emergence of new concepts of internationalization will inevitably have a directional impact on the practice and evaluation of university internationalization.The paper reviews the evolution pattern of the concept of internationalization of higher education,examines the new development of the internationalization value concept in the new era,and clarifies the characteristics of the current internationalization evaluation system of the mainstream universities in the world,and the current situation and problems of the internationalization evaluation of China's colleges and universities in terms of value perception,so as to outline the value blueprint of internationalization evaluation of China's double word-class universities through comparison and reflection.
