Characteristics and Paths of Cross-regional Open Cooperation in Higher Education under the New Development Pattern
Cross-regional open cooperation in higher education can break the restrictions between countries and regions,and is of practical significance for accelerating the co-construction and sharing of high-quality resources,enhancing international understanding,cultural exchanges and mutual learning.It has developed from scratch to maturity,and has undergone great changes in the initiator,region,and cooperation content.It is still one of the most active components of globalization.Cross-regional open cooperation in higher education abroad focuses on the bottom-up participation of multiple subjects,joint development of curriculum with international characteristics,the cross-regional mobility of teachers and students,and the integration of language and culture.After a long period of exploration and practice,China has shown typical characteristics such as cultural adaptability,field flexibility,subject multilateralism and policy dominance in cross-regional higher education cooperation.Based on the new development pattern,it is necessary to establish a new concept of opening up to the outside world,expand the fields of cross-regional open cooperation in higher education in multiple dimensions,transform cross-regional open cooperation in higher education with digital power,further improve the system and mechanism of higher education opening up to the outside world,and build an inclusive language system.
