The Realistic Predicament and Development Path of High-quality Employment for College Graduates——Based on the Perspective of Relative Deprivation Theory
The employment quality of college graduates is related to the allocation of human resources, scientific and technological self-reliance and sustainable development of education in China. The theory of relative deprivation,as a theory of group behavior, can provide theoretical guidance for the employment development of college graduates.A three-dimensional analysis model of high-quality employment of college graduates is constructed under this theoretical perspective to clarify the internal logic of college graduates in cognitive, emotional and behavioral aspects.Due to the cognitive dissonance caused by the ambiguous talent evaluation orientation, the risk of new digital exclusion, and the dislocation of modern school-society relationship, college graduates in the process of employment encounter the realistic predicaments of cognitive dislocation, emotional bias and behavioral deficiencies, which impede their high-quality employment. Therefore, under the analytical framework of relative deprivation theory, constructing a whole-person education system, strengthening students'identity, and adapting the talent cultivation model can help to transform the traditional cognitive paradigm of high-quality employment for college graduates, truly grasp the mission of education, and realize the value expectation of creating a better life through education.
