Research progress on joint connection of precast concrete shear wall structures
There are many horizontal and vertical joints when assembling prefabricated shear wall structures. In view of the large stiffness of the shear wall, the connection at joints is prone to be damage accumulation caused by insufficient stiffness, which has become a decisive factor affecting the integrity and seismic performance of the structure. The connection forms of horizontal and vertical joints of prefabricated shear wall structures under development in China and other countries were summarized, and the structural characteristics, seismic performance, application advantages and technical bottlenecks of various connection forms were systematically expounded and analyzed. On this basis, the development direction of connection technology of prefabricated shear wall structures was discussed. The results show that at present, the wet connection technology has been relatively mature and widely used, but there are still some problems such as large amount of wet operation on site and difficulties in detecting and controlling the quality. The dry connection technology has a high degree of industrialization, but it also has high requirements for construction accuracy. Moreover, the possible bolt loosening, rust, and wear issues limit its engineering application.Integrating energy dissipation technology into vertical joints connections, utilizing ultra-high performance concrete to achieve horizontal joint connections, and combining with recoverable function seismic protection technology,is a new growth point for the hig-quality development of prefabricated shear wall structures in the future.
