Abstract
Ali,keli and teli are derivatives with ideal structure,all appeared in the Secret History of the Mongols.A,Ke and Te are pronoun roots while li the suffix.Ali appeared three times in the Secret History of the Mongols,re-spectively in the 203th section,the 260th section and the 272th section,all are aligned Chinese translation nage,meaning which one.The word is still extant in modern Mongolian retaining the same meaning.Keli ap-peared three times in the Secret History of the Mongols,respectively in the 181th section,the 181th section and the 200th section,all are aligned by Chinese translation jishi,meaning when.Its semantic value equates to the modern word kejiy-e.Teli appeared five times in the Secret History of the Mongols,respectively in the 246th section,the 256th section,the 256th,the 265th section and the 277th section,all are aligned by Chi-nese translation nashi and nage,meaning that thing.This word has become an archaism in modern Mongo-lian.We can presume it an indicative pronoun meaning expression of agreement.
