摘要
以邻苯二胺为原料,经过环合-开环两步法合成了 2-甲基咪唑-4,5-二羧酸,以2-甲基咪唑-4,5-二羧酸为配体,利用水热合成法合成了一种双羧酸功能化配合物[Zn(2-MtIMDC)2(H2O)2].通过元素分析、IR对配体进行了结构表征,TG表征了晶体的热稳定性,单晶X射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构.结果表明,此配合物属正交晶系,Pbca空间群,a=6.838(2)Å,b=13.897(5)Å,c=16.690(6)Å,α=β=γ=90°,V=1586.0(9)Å3,Z=4,F(000)=888.配合物通过分子间氢键和配位键相互作用自组装成二维网状结构.植物生长调节活性研究表明,在低浓度时,配合物对油菜籽幼苗的根部生长具有强烈的促进作用,优于市售发根剂2,4-D.
Abstract
2-methylimidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine by a simple cyclisis-ring opening two-step process.A dicarboxylic acid functionalized complex[Zn(2-MtIMDC)2(H2O)2]was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis using a ligand of 2-methylimidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid.The ligand structure was characterized by elemental analysis and IR,the thermal stability of the crystal was characterized by TG,and the crystal structure of the complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.Results showed that this complex was orthogonal crystal system,Pbca space group,a=6.838(2)Å,b=13.897(5)Å,c=16.690(6)Å,α=β=γ=90°,V=1586.0(9)Å3,Z=4,F(000)=888.The complex was self-assembled into a two-dimensional network structure through interacting both intermolecular hydrogen bond and coordination bond.The results of plant growth regulation activity showed thatthe complex strongly promoted root growth of rapeseed seedlings at low concentrations,which effects were superior to the commercially available root-initiating agent 2,4-D.
