以早临床为导向的家兔急性失血性休克实验的探讨和改进

摘要
家兔急性失血性休克实验是医学机能学实验中的经典实验项目,该实验涉及的理论深奥,操作复杂,步骤繁多,导致实验成功率低,无法达到应有的实验教学目标.文章探讨提高休克模型复制成功率的方法和改进措施,深度融合病理生理学、药理学和内科学相关知识,重设实验观察指标并增加抢救措施,使学生能够早期接触临床,同时激发学生的探索兴趣和学习动力.
Abstract
Experimental study on acute hemorrhagic shock in rabbits is a classic experimental item in the medical functional experiments.The experiment involves profound theory,complex operation and numerous steps,which leads to the low success rate of the experiment and can not achieve the expectant experimental teaching goal.On the one hand,this paper discusses the methods and improvement measures to enhance the success rate of shock model replication.On the other hand,it deeply integrates the relevant knowledge in pathophysiology,pharmacology and internal medicine,resets the observation indexes and increases the rescue measures of the experiment,so that students can get in touch with the clinic early,and stimulate students'exploration interest and simultaneously learn motivation.
