手势识别技术方法研究

随着计算机软硬件技术的飞速发展,虚拟现实、增强现实等技术相继涌现,人与机器之间的交流互动变得更加密切.人机交互(Human-Computer Interaction,HCI)技术作为人与机器之间的重要沟通桥梁,迫切需要寻找到新技术、新方法、新呈现来便捷人与机器之间的交流互动,而手势识别技术的诞生,为人机交互提供了新思路,突破了从命令行到图形用户界面再到更高级别发展的技术瓶颈.手势识别技术涉及多个学科领域,包括计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习等.它能够通过分析人类手部动作来理解人类所要表达的意图,并且可以应用于各领域,包括人机交互、虚拟现实、智能监控、医疗辅助和游戏娱乐等.文章梳理了手势识别技术的发展历程,描述了基于传感器和基于计算机视觉的手势识别技术、整理了常用的手势识别数据集、列举了手势识别技术的应用领域,提出了手势识别技术存在的问题,并对手势识别技术作出了系统性总结和展望.
Research on Gesture Recognition Technology Methods
Along with the rapid development of computer hardware and software in recent years,virtual reality,augmented reality and other technologies have emerged one after another,and the communication and interaction between humans and machines have become closer.Human-Computer Interaction(HCI)technology,as an important communication bridge between humans and machines,new methods and new presentations are urgently needed to find new technologies to facilitate the communication and interaction between humans and machines.The birth of gesture recognition technology provides new ideas for human-computer interaction and breaks through the technical bottleneck from command line to graphical user interface and then to a higher level of development.Gesture recognition technology involves a number of subject areas,including computer vision,pattern recognition,machine learning and so on.It is able to understand the intention that human beings want to express by analyzing human hand movements,and can be used in a variety of fields,including human-computer interaction,virtual reality,intelligent monitoring,medical assistance,and gaming and entertainment.In this paper,we sort out the development history of gesture recognition technology,describe the sensor-based and computer vision-based gesture recognition technology,organize the commonly used gesture recognition datasets,enumerate the application areas of gesture recognition technology,put forward the problems of gesture recognition technology,and finally make a systematic summary and outlook on gesture recognition technology.
