Based on the complex geological conditions of tunnel structures,this article proposed following countermeasures in order to solve the problem of the health status of tunnel structures that are not timely detected and caused by the operating environment of tunnel structures,also to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs of tunnel engineering.These countermeasures contained ① to design and construct an intelligent monitoring scheme for tunnel engineering in the design and construction of a tunnel health monitoring system.Based on actual engineering,the TSHMS(Tunnel Health Monitoring System)The construction has been optimized and designed,mainly including hardware,server,and application,to make the structure of the structural monitoring system more concise,direct,and visually display key data.②For a large amount of monitoring data,the system integrating four different data processing and analysis methods,leading to data analysis more diverse and enabling multi-level interpretation of single data.At the same time,in order to better meet user interaction and enhance user experience,the system adopted a B/S architecture to achieve interaction with users.③ Through FLAC3D numerical simulation,the key vulnerable parts and damage characteristics of the tunnel structure are analyzed,and the instability and failure mode of surrounding rock and evaluation criteria were analyzed to achieve standardized threshold design of monitoring parameters and accurate warning of monitoring data.
