The Yan'an Spirit transcends time and space,serving as a valuable spiritual resource for promoting the development of rural talents and revitalizing rural areas.In light of the enduring significance of the Yan'an Spirit in a dynamic historical context and the Party's commitment to upholding it,integrating the Yan'an Spirit into the training of personnel for rural revitalization is both practically feasible and politically supported.By extracting the intrinsic spiritual factors of the Yan'an Spirit and integrating them into the cultivation of rural revitalization tal-ents,we can facilitate the transmission of the Yan'an Spirit values to talent cultivation,addressing practical issues such as talent retention and mobility.In terms of implementation,mainly for rural revitalization practitioners and college students,it is essential to fully integrate various stakeholders including local governments,training institu-tions,employers,and media to internalize the Yan'an Spirit through extensive rural experiences.This process will enhance our capacity to contribute to comprehensive rural revitalization.
