Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision made by the CPC Central Com-mittee,which has received continuous attention and research from overseas academics.The overseas scholars're-search has a strong pragmatic purpose,and their focus is on analyzing the motivations,evaluating the effectiveness and looking into the future prospects of China's rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of overseas schol-ars,the main reasons for the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy are the mission of the Commu-nist Party of China(CPC),the reshaping of China's urban-rural relations and the response to the complex and changing international situation in the new era.Implementing China's rural revitalization strategy has boosted Chi-na's economic development,promoted great changes in Chinese society,and greatly contributed to China's cultural heritage in the new era.Due to ever increasing tendency of digitalization in world agriculture,there are unprecedent-ed opportunities for the future development of China's rural revitalization strategy on the one hand and there are also challenges such as environmental issues and the relation between land use and food security.In general,over-seas scholars'cognition of China's rural revitalization strategy is mainly affirmative,and they put forward sugges-tions for further promoting the strategy from domestic and international aspects.However,affected by various fac-tors,there are certain misunderstandings and misconceptions among overseas scholars on the motivations of policies on China's rural revitalization strategy,which needs to be actively responded,criticized and led in the process of ex-ternal communication.
