摘要

[目的]研制0.75%中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂,并评价其田间杀虫效果,为其进一步开发和应用奠定基础.[方法]采用国标方法对中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂进行研制并评价其质量;采用室内生物活性测定和田间试验方法评价该制剂对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的室内毒力及田间防效.[结果]研制的0.75%中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂配方为:20%中国粗榧丙酮提取物+52%无水乙醇+13%醇类溶剂A+15%吐温-80(制剂中含0.75%的中国粗榧生物碱);室内生物活性测定结果表明,0.75%中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂对小菜蛾3龄幼虫24和48 h的LC50分别为55.91和30.12 mg/L;田间试验结果表明,0.75%中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂200倍稀释液(有效成分含量为40 mg/L)对白菜上的小菜蛾具有较好防治效果,施药后3和7d的防治效果分别为73.82%和62.71%.[结论]0.75%中国粗榧生物碱可溶性液剂对小菜蛾有较好的室内生物活性和田间防效.

Abstract

[Objective]The research aimed to develop 0.75 % Cephalotaxus sinensis alkaloids SL and evaluate its control efficacy against insect pest.[Method]C.sinensis alkaloid SL was developed and evaluated by national standard method and its laboratory virulence and field control efficacy against Plutella xylostella were determined.[Result]The developed 0.75% C.sinensis alkaloids SL consisted of 20% acetone extract from C.sinensis,52% absolute ethyl alcohol,13% alcohols A and 15% Tuwen-80 (0.75% C.sinensis alkaloids).Laboratory tests showed that 0.75 % C.sinensis alkaloids SL had high toxic effect against P.xylostella,with the LC50 of 55.91 mg/L (24 h) and 30.12 mg/L (48 h).The application of 0.75% C.sinensis alkaloids SL at 40 mg/L after 200 times dilution in the filed showed control efficacies of 73.82% and 62.71% for larvae of P.xylostella in cabbages after 3 d and 7 d,respectively.[Conclusion]The 0.75 % C.sinensis alkaloids SL developed in this study showed potentially insecticidal activity against P.xylostella in both laboratory tests and field trials.
