不同植物生长调节剂对苹果苗木分枝及生长特性的影响

[目的]研究普洛马林、KT-30及抽枝宝3种植物生长调节剂对苹果苗木分枝及生长特性的影响,为我国苹果苗木促分枝技术研究提供参考.[方法]以苗木‘长富2号/‘T337’/‘圆叶海棠’为材料,在株高90 cm时,对70 cm处新梢喷施普洛马林(1 000mg/kg)、KT-30(100mg/kg),或于特定时间直接芽体涂抹抽枝宝药膏(每克药膏涂芽150~200个),以清水处理为对照,测定不同处理对苹果幼苗分枝数目、分枝长度、分枝高度、地上部分质量及生长指标的影响.[结果]普洛马林、KT-30和抽枝宝均能促进苹果幼苗当年生新梢产生分枝,且分枝数量极显著高于对照,有利于较早形成生产所需的树形.普洛马林处理苗木的株高、茎粗、有效分枝数、分枝高度及根系生长均明显优于KT-30和抽枝宝处理,KT-30与抽枝宝处理间分枝特性无显著差异,KT-30处理根系生长优于抽枝宝处理.[结论]普洛马林对苹果苗木分枝和生长指标有促进作用,可在生产上推广使用.
Effects of different plant growth regulators on branching and growth characteristics of apple seedlings
[Objective] This study investigated the effect of three different plant growth regulators including Promalin,KT-30 and Chouzhibao on the growth characteristics and branching of apple seedlings to provide basis for development of branching promoting technology.[Method] Seedlings of'Nagafu No.2','T337',and'Bredia rotundifolia Y.C.Liu et C.H.Ou'with the height of 90 cm were sprayed with promalin (1 000 mg/kg),KT-30 (100 mg/kg),and Chouzhibao cream (150-200 buds per gram) at 70 cm new tip.The differences in number of branches,branch length,branch height,weight of above-ground part and growth index were measured and analyzed using water as control.[Result] Promalin,KT-30 and Chouzhibao promoted new shoots and the number of branches was significantly higher than CK,which was beneficial to formation of production trees.Promalin was superior to KT-30 and Chouzhibao with better seedling height,diameter,effective branch number,branch height and root growth.KT-30 had no significant difference in branches from Chouzhibao,but the plant height and root growth of KT-30 were better.[Conclusion] Promalin promoted the branching and growth of apple seedlings and can be widely used.
