摘要
文章针对目前鞋内部环境的评价体系单一和相应的数据缺乏问题,自主研究出将压力和温湿度数据一体化检测系统,可实时收集鞋子内部环境参数和足底压力.选择不同脚型的志愿者,采集分析了足底分区压力分布数据,证明了此装置的可行性.对比分析慢跑鞋和篮球鞋在三种状态下(静坐、步行和慢跑)足底分区压力分布和温湿度随时间的变化曲线,结果表明不同功能性鞋的足底受力分布不同,选择不同材料对吸湿和透气有一定的影响,为制造功能性的鞋子提供科学依据.
Abstract
An internal environment detection system for shoes has been developed to address the problems of single evaluation system and lack of corresponding data on the internal environment of shoes,which integrates real-time collection of pressure and temperature and humidity data.The feasibility of this device was demonstrated by collecting and analyzing plantar zonal pressure distribution data from volunteers with different foot types.We compared and analyzed the plantar zonal pressure distribution and temperature and humidity change curves of jogging shoes and basketball shoes in three states(sedentary,walking,and jogging)over time.The results show that the plantar force of different functional shoes is different,and different materials has a certain impact on moisture absorption and breathability,which provide a scientific basis for the manufacture of functional shoes.
