摘要
为了了解纺织品pH值在不同的检测方法中的数据差异,文章介绍了现行纺织品pH值检测的四种方法(国标、欧标、日标、美标),对检测的操作标准和pH值进行了对比分析,pH值由高到低依次是AATCC>JIS>GB(ISO).通过探究纺织品pH值萃取液放置时间长短对最后数据差异影响的大小,进一步确认了检测纺织品pH值的标准性:在pH值萃取液处于酸性和中性时影响不大;在pH值萃取液处于碱性时差异比加大.这要求纺织品pH值萃取液应当及时测试,确保其准确性和一致性.结合纺织品pH检测标准,对纺织行业的技术创新等发出倡议并提出措施.
Abstract
In order to understand the data difference of textile pH value in different detection methods,four methods of textile pH value detection(national standard,European standard,Japanese standard,and American standard)were introduced.The operating standards and pH value of the detection were compared and analyzed.The pH value was AATCC>JIS>GB(ISO)from high to low.By exploring the impact of the storage time of textile extract on the final data difference,it is confirmed that the difference among these standards is not significant when the extract is acidic and neutral,while the difference increases when the extract is alkaline.This requires that the textile extract should be tested in time to ensure accuracy and consistency.Combined with the pH testing standard of textile,the development measures and suggestions for textile industry are put forward.
