纺织产业与职业院校协同育人模式研究

摘要
文章立足南疆地区纺织类企业典型生产实践项目,秉承"用胡杨精神育人为兴疆固边服务"理念,针对当前纺织产业校企协同育人过程中出现的校企协作程度较低等相关问题,建立健全实践能力突出的纺织企业和高职院校双导师团队,围绕现代纺织技术人才培养方案制定专业核心课程体系、课程资源开发等,创新教学组织形式,着力培养学习好、留得住、用得上的高技能人才,助力新疆纺织业的高质量发展.
Abstract
In view of the problems such as low degree of school-enterprise cooperation of textile industry,based on the typical production practice projects of textile enterprises in southern Xinjiang,and adhering to the concept of"educating people with the spirit of poplar for the sake of promoting Xinjiang and strengthening border",this work established and improved a double mentor team of enterprises and schools with outstanding practical ability.Focusing on the formulation of talent training plans,the professional core curriculum system was constructed,curriculum resources were developed,and the teaching organization form was innovated,aiming to cultivate a team of highly skilled talents who can learn well,stay and be used,and help the high-quality development of Xinjiang textile industry.
