基于"岗课"融通的课程思政教学探索——以鞋靴设计与企业实践课程为例

摘要
针对近年鞋靴行业企业数字化转型背景下对于鞋靴设计师岗位群提出的岗位新需求,文章以高职院校皮具艺术设计专业核心课程"鞋靴设计与企业实践"中的教学实践为例,对课程思政的综合育人教学改革进行了探索与实践.通过分析岗课融通背景下课程思政的内涵,以"中国梦、强国梦"为思政主线,有机融入课程任务,构建了专业课程思政的目标体系.同时,引用企业项目,实现课程思政元素与专业教学内容的有机融合,创新了教学策略.此外,还通过提高学生的职业素养和创新能力、校企共建课程思政案例库和开发数字化教材等五个方面,深化了"岗课"融合课程思政的综合育人效果.
Abstract
Based on the digital transformation in the footwear industry,there is a growing demand for footwear designers.This work explores and implements a comprehensive reform of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges specialized in leather art design,with a focus on the core course"footwear design and enterprise practice".By integrating ideological and political education into professional courses,we aim to meet the industry's requirements.Starting with an analysis of the essence of ideological and political education within the context of curriculum integration,we establish a goal system centered around the theme of"Chinese Dream,National Revitalization".In order to enhance the effectiveness of this integration,we employ innovative teaching strategies by incorporating elements of ideological and political education into professional teaching content,particularly through enterprise projects.We also emphasize the development of students'professional ethics and innovative abilities.To further enrich the educational experience,we collaborate with enterprises to establish a case library for ideological and political education,ensuring that real-world examples are integrated into the curriculum.
