摘要
黑龙江地区拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产,数字化技术可以将非物质文化遗产以数字形式保存下来,避免因时间流逝而损坏.黑龙江地区非物质文化遗产数字化保护与人才培养是相辅相成的,只有具备了专业的数字化保护技能和知识的人才,才能更好地开展数字化保护工作.只有通过加强人才培养,才能更好地实现数字化保护的目标;只有通过数字化保护,才能让传统艺术得到更好的传承和发展.
Abstract
Heilongjiang region has rich intangible cultural heritage,Digital technology can preserve intangible cultural heritage in digital form,avoiding the risk of damage due to the passage of time.Digital protection and personnel training of intangible cultural heritage in Heilongjiang are complementary to each other.Only the personnel with professional digital protection skills and knowledge can better carry out digital protection work.Only through strengthening the training of talents can we achieve the goal of digital protection better.Only through digital protection can traditional art be better inherited and developed.
