C2M反向驱动的皮革服装定制模式研究

C2M模式是继B2B、B2C模式后兴起的一种基于工业互联网背景的新型商业模式,是以用户个性化消费需求反向驱动企业生产的制造模式,具有去中间环节的价格优势。为满足皮革服装消费的个性化需求,从皮革服装裁剪与制作工艺角度,分析了皮革服装行业引入C2M模式的可行性,提出了基于C2M反向驱动的皮革服装定制设计模式和工作流程,为皮革服装品牌转换经营模式,加速数字化智能定制平台转型升级,更好地满足顾客需求,获取新的利润空间提供了参考。
Research on C2M Reverse-driven Customising Leather Garment Production Model
The C2M model is a novel commercial model that has emerged in the context of industrial internet,following the B2B and B2C models.It is a manufacturing model that is driven by the reverse of individualized consumer demands,which eliminates the intermediate stages for a price advantage.To cater to the personalized needs of leather clothing consumers,the feasibility of introducing the C2M model in the leather clothing industry was analyzed from the perspective of leather clothing cutting and manufacturing technology.Furthermore,a C2M-driven customized leather clothing design model and workflow were proposed,providing a reference for leather clothing brands to transform their business models,accelerate the digital and intelligent customization platform upgrade,better satisfy customer needs,and gain new profit margins.
