In order to amalgamate intangible cultural heritage garments with contemporary fashion design,this article delves into the utilization of color in clothing design through a synthesis of literature analysis and personal experiences.The discourse encompasses the significance of color in clothing design,the practical application of color coordination in intangible cultural heritage garment design,and the fusion of traditional garment design with modern fashion design.It is hoped that this contribution will further enhance the inheritance and development of China's intangible cultural heritage in the realm of garment culture.
