Based on literature review and field research,this article discusses the historical formation of Hui embroidery in Qinghai and the thematic patterns of Hui folk embroidery.The traditional and modern wedding customs of the Hui people are briefly analyzed,and with the needs of modern weddings in mind,the article focuses on the specific methods of integrating Hui embroidery elements into modern wedding designs,using"Yuanxiu"as an example,seeking to find new paths for innovative development of Hui embroidery.
