A study on the Cultivation of Skill-oriented Talents in the Field of Textile Engineering in Southern Xinjiang under the Background of Collaboration between Educational Institutions and Enterprises
In response to the increasing shortage of skilled textile personnel in the prominent textile and apparel industry hub,Alar City,located in southern Xinjiang,this article focuses on the establishment of the Tarim Vocational and Technical College as a platform for implementing modern textile technology programs.Through an analysis of the current situation and with the goal of talent cultivation in mind,it proposes the formation of a textile vocational education alliance,exploration of new paths for integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum,establishment of a mechanism for mutual appointment and exchange,collaborative research on topics,strengthening the"dual-teacher"training approach,and expanding vocational skills certification training programs.These initiatives aim to effectively build a highly skilled workforce capable of advancing the high-quality development of the textile industry in Xinjiang.
