依托地方文化的毕业设计教学改革实践与探索——以高职服装专业为例

现代职业教育应突出办学特色,推进人才培养模式创新,培养服务区域发展的应用型技能人才。针对高职服装毕业设计中存在的问题,文章依托地方文化对高职服装毕业设计教学进行改革与实践。在毕业设计教学环节中融合地方特色文化,实施田园采风、因材施教、个性化辅导、多元化评价体系、毕业设计展等措施,建立校地长期合作互利共赢模式,构建具有地方特色的高职办学模式,彰显高校自身优势和特色。
Exploration and Practice of Graduation Design Teaching Reform based on Local Culture:A Case Study of Vocational Clothing Major
Modern vocational education should highlight its distinct characteristics,promote innovative talent cultivation models,and foster applied-skills professionals who can contribute to regional development.Addressing the issues in graduation design for vocational clothing,this article advocates for reform and practice in teaching by leveraging local culture.By incorporating local cultural elements into the graduation design process,such as conducting field research in pastoral settings,adopting personalized teaching methods,implementing a diversified evaluation system,and organizing graduation design exhibitions,we can establish a long-term cooperative and mutually beneficial partnership between the school and the local community.This will create a vocational education model with unique local features,showcasing the strengths and distinctive qualities of the institution.
