The sense of advanced interior decoration can be greatly improved through the scientific and reasonable selection of interior decoration materials,as well as appropriate artistic design and technological treatment.Leather is a popular home decoration material with excellent physical properties such as toughness,wear resistance,and ease of cleaning,and it is very important for improving the aesthetics and comfort of home products.The application of leather decorative art in modern interior design is discussed in this paper from the perspectives of application principle,design significance,specific application,and design strategy.
