In order to enrich the creativity of modern fashion design,this article explores the design techniques of traditional patchwork art.It analyzes the value of applying traditional patchwork to modern fashion design and,through case studies,discusses the methods and pathways of integrating traditional patchwork into modern fashion design.It is hoped that this will contribute to the integrated development of traditional garment craftsmanship and modern fashion design.
