In view of the development of characteristic textile and apparel in southern Xinjiang,combined with the positioning and advantages of local regional development,the cultivation mode of textile design professionals adopting the"integration of art and engineering"has been proposed.Through the mode of artistic creativity,technological innovation,and working and learning alternation,the construction methods of the textile design professional development system and talent cultivation paths under the innovative mechanism were explored.Deepening the talent cultivation curriculum provides new ideas for promoting student ability improvement and technical cultivation,realizing a student-centered talent cultivation mechanism,and achieving the goal of professional education and talent cultivation,thus providing strong talent support for the economic development of the southern Xinjiang.
