Due to its unique ethnic cultural heritage and aesthetic value,Miao wax printing has become a traditional skill passed down from generation to generation in China.Its charm lies in the echo of blue and white and the mysterious pattern symbols,which record the long-standing traditional culture of Chinese ethnic minorities and the difficult to replicate folk culture,making it the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in China.This work mainly discusses the development process of Miao wax printing and interprets its spiritual and cultural connotations.Exploring various perspectives of Miao wax printing as a cultural and creative entry point,it is found that its cultural and spiritual connotations are integrated into modern design for innovation,enabling the inheritance and development of national cultural treasures.
