Women's clothing during the Song Dynasty inherited from the previous dynasty and inspired future generations,presenting an overall elegant style of slender and simple.In the process of seasonal and phenological changes throughout the year,the clothing of the Song people evolved into new patterns under different festival and cultural backgrounds,with women's clothing being the most representative.In spring and summer,clothing was light and thin,and there were many leisure and elegant activities such as hiking and cooling off.In autumn and winter,clothes were added to keep warm,and there were major festival activities such as paying respects to the moon and admiring lanterns.This study mainly takes the clothing of women in the Song Dynasty as an example to explore the manifestation of customs and characteristics in clothing during different solar terms and festivals.
