基于计算机视觉技术的皮革瑕疵检验研究

为了解决传统皮革瑕疵检验系统效率低下、一致性差、准确性有限等问题,提高天然皮革表面瑕疵检验的准确率,采用计算机视觉技术、深度学习算法对皮革瑕疵检验系统进行优化设计,并结合传统皮革瑕疵检验系统进行测试对比。结果表明,基于计算机视觉技术的皮革瑕疵检验系统具有较强的非线性拟合能力,能够识别复杂的瑕疵形状、大小等变化,能够有效提高天然皮革瑕疵检验效率。
Research on Leather Defect Inspection based on Computer Vision Technology
In order to address the issues of low efficiency,poor consistency,and limited accuracy in traditional leather defect inspection systems,and to enhance the accuracy of natural leather surface defect inspection,an optimized design of the leather defect inspection system using computer vision technology and deep learning algorithms is proposed.The system is tested and compared with traditional leather defect inspection systems.The results indicate that the computer vision-based leather defect inspection system exhibits strong non-linear fitting capabilities,enabling it to recognize complex variations in defect shapes and sizes,thus effectively improving the efficiency of natural leather defect inspection.
