摘要
文章从服务设计视角探讨了箱包创新平台的设计研究,运用系统共创思维推动箱包产业链整体革新.通过问卷调查梳理出平台创建需求,运用服务系统图、服务蓝图呈现平台运作模式.依托箱包产业协同创新发展中心项目完成理论实证,构建以设计创新为主导的箱包产业互联网平台,整合产业资源,提高服务质量及效率.文章探讨了资金协同创新、品牌共建共享和箱包创新平台服务模式三个方面的内容,提出基于服务设计视角的箱包创新平台服务模式,以设计创新为核心驱动力,有效填补行业空白,为产业转型升级提供支持.
Abstract
The article delves into the design research of innovative platforms for luggage from a service design perspective,employing collaborative thinking to drive overall innovation in the luggage industry chain.By conducting surveys,the article identifies the need for platform creation and illustrates the platform operation mode using service system diagrams and blueprints.Leveraging the theoretical evidence obtained through the Collaborative Innovation Development Center project in the luggage industry,it establishes an internet platform for the luggage industry with design innovation at its forefront,integrating industry resources to enhance service quality and efficiency.The article discusses three aspects:financial collaborative innovation,brand co-construction and sharing,and the service model of the luggage innovation platform,proposing a service model for luggage innovation platforms based on the perspective of service design,with design innovation as the core driving force,effectively filling industry gaps and providing support for industry transformation and upgrading.
