Abstract
The article,set against the backdrop of the leather e-commerce retail market,delves into the challenges facing this domain,including intense competition,insufficient after-sales services,and limited sales channels.Taking the online market for men's leather jackets as a case study,it conducts a detailed data analysis.It addresses the intricacies at the level of branding and management,unraveling the industry's existing issues and their root causes.Simultaneously,it presents targeted optimization strategies,such as brand building,traffic acquisition channels,and improvements in sales services,offering valuable insights for the high-quality development of the leather e-commerce industry.
