This article delves into the integration of CLO 3D simulation training into the pedagogical practices of apparel design and craftsmanship disciplines.The research reveals that the CLO 3D software,with its cutting-edge visual display and demonstrative capabilities,facilitates a nuanced analysis of apparel design outcomes,enabling swift modifications of styles,fabrics,and intricate details to address teaching challenges and pain points.Successfully employed in apparel-focused practical training,this software augments pedagogical efficiency,kindles student engagement,and enhances instructional outcomes.It invigorates the apparel design domain,deepens students'professional comprehension,fosters a heightened sense of professional belonging,equips educators with potent teaching tools,aids in accomplishing teaching objectives,and nurtures specialized talents.The practical application of CLO 3D software in courses like apparel style design and garment structure design serves as a valuable reference for curriculum reforms in other disciplines,propelling the flourishing development of apparel-related studies.
