摘要
文章从产教融合的角度出发,探讨广州市花都区传统箱包行业的创新发展路径.调查研究发现,花都区箱包行业存在发展困境,可通过产教融合实现人才培养、科技创新与产业发展的有机结合,推动行业实现实质性飞跃.文章提出了一系列优化路径与策略,包括加强产学研合作、推动行业技术创新、培育创新型人才、提升行业整体竞争力等,为花都区箱包行业的创新性发展提供理论依据与支持.
Abstract
Embarking from the vantage point of industry-education integration,this article delves into the trajectory of innovative development within the traditional luggage industry of Huadu District,Guangzhou.Through investigative inquiry,it is revealed that the luggage industry in Huadu District grapples with developmental challenges,yet stands poised to surmount these obstacles through the organic amalgamation of talent cultivation,technological innovation,and industrial advancement fostered by industry-education integration.A spectrum of optimization pathways and strategies is proffered,including fortifying collaborations between industry,academia,and research institutions,propelling technological breakthroughs within the sector,nurturing a cadre of innovative minds,and augmenting the overall competitiveness of the industry.These proposals furnish both theoretical underpinnings and substantive support for the innovative evolution of the luggage industry in Huadu District.
