加脂对直纺型超纤革物性提升研究

摘要
直纺型超细纤维合成革是以直纺型超细超短涤纶纤维非织造材料和水性聚氨酯为原料,采用浸渍工艺制备而成的仿天然皮革产品.针对直纺型超细纤维合成革柔软性以及卫生性能与天然皮革存在一定差距问题,选用几种加脂剂对其进行后整理,研究不同加脂剂对直纺型超纤革柔软性以及卫生性能的影响.结果表明,经过加脂后的直纺型超细纤维合成革纤维表面均有油膜覆盖,力学强度以及透气性与未加脂时基本保持不变,而柔软度提升91.5%,透湿性提升27%.
Abstract
Direct spinning ultrafine fiber synthetic leather is a natural imitation leather product prepared by impregnation process using direct spinning ultrafine and ultrashort polyester fiber non-woven material and water-based polyurethane as raw materials.In response to the problem of certain differences in the softness and hygiene performance between direct spinning ultrafine fiber synthetic leather and natural leather,several fatliquors were selected for post-treatment.The effects of different fatliquors on the softness and hygiene performance of direct spinning ultrafine fiber synthetic leather were studied.The results showed that the surface of the fibers in the direct spinning ultrafine fiber synthetic leather after fatliquoring was covered with an oil film,the mechanical strength and breathability remained basically unchanged compared to those without fatliquoring,and the softness increased by 91.5%and the moisture permeability increased by 27%.
