Techniques for Detecting and Controlling Formaldehyde Content in Leather and Fur
In order to delve deeply into the detection techniques and critical control points for formaldehyde content in leather and fur,the article systematically examines and analyzes the origins of formaldehyde and the current mainstream detection methods using a literature review approach.Through rigorous experimental analysis, the impact of different experimental conditions on detection results is discussed. The research findings indicate that extraction temperature and extraction time are the two core factors affecting the accuracy of formaldehyde content determination, with their contribution to result deviation being most significant. Therefore,in the process of detecting formaldehyde content in leather and fur,it is imperative to strictly control the extraction conditions, ensuring that the extraction solution is preheated to 40℃and extraction is conducted in a constant temperature water bath at(40±1)℃.Additionally,the oscillation frequency of the oscillator should be maintained at(50±10)times/min,and the extraction time precisely controlled at(60±2)min,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection results.
