摘要
文章主要探讨了大数据分析在服装企业绩效评价中的应用,以M企业为例,指出了现行绩效评价中存在的问题,并提出了改进策略.研究认为,大数据分析可以帮助服装企业实现长期稳定发展,提高信息整合能力,优化绩效评价模式,为服装市场的发展提供引导,为服装企业决策提供更可靠的依据.
Abstract
This article primarily explores the application of big data analysis in the performance evaluation of garment enterprises,using M Company as a case study.It identifies the existing issues in current performance evaluations and proposes improvement strategies.The research asserts that big data analysis can assist garment enterprises in achieving long-term stability and enhancing information integration capabilities.It optimizes performance evaluation models,providing guidance for the development of the garment market and offering more reliable bases for decision-making in garment enterprises.
