新工科背景下的鞋业人才培养探析

摘要
基于"新工科"背景,以莆田市制鞋行业为特定研究对象,针对制鞋产业调整与升级面临的多层次人才培养存在的问题,采取以应用型和数字型人才培养目标作为出发点、以能力为中心的培养途径,结合产业的实际情况,从人才本身、院校教学、协会配合、政府支持等多角度分析制鞋产业转型升级背景下人才具体需求和培养建议,力求培养综合素质高、技术实践能力强的应用型人才,从而实现制鞋产业的可持续发展,成为经济增长的重要引擎.
Abstract
Based on the context of the"New Engineering Discipline"and focusing on the footwear industry in Putian City as the specific research object,this study addresses the multifaceted talent cultivation issues faced by the footwear industry's adjustment and upgrade.Taking the objectives of applied and digital talent cultivation as the starting point and centering on competency-based approaches,this study combines the practical situation of the industry.It analyzes the specific talent requirements and cultivation recommendations under the background of the transformation and upgrade of the footwear industry from multiple perspectives including the talents themselves,academic teaching,association cooperation,and government support.The aim is to cultivate applied talents with high comprehensive qualities and strong technical practical abilities,thereby achieving sustainable development of the footwear industry and becoming an important engine for economic growth.
