摘要
在产教融合的大背景下,根据天津工业大学纺织专业学科建设实际,文章深入探讨了纺织专业就业实习基地建设的核心意义.文章指出,纺织专业人才培养与实际产业需求之间的紧密对接至关重要,而产教融合则是提升学生实践能力和就业竞争力的关键所在.为应对纺织行业的变革与全球化趋势,实习基地建设应朝着信息化建设、国际化拓展及持续优化等方向发展,旨在为学生提供更多元化的实习机会,培育具有国际视野和创新精神的纺织专业人才,进一步推动产教融合的深入发展.
Abstract
Under the backdrop of integrating industry with education,the research on the establishment of internship bases for textile majors emerges.In this context,aligned with the educational practices at Tianjin University of Technology,the article delves into the profound significance of establishing such bases.It underscores the imperative link between nurturing textile talents and meeting industrial demands,with integration between industry and academia being pivotal in enhancing students'practical skills and employability.To adapt to the transformations and globalization trends within the textile industry,the construction of internship bases should pivot towards endeavors such as informatization,internationalization,and continual optimization.The aim is to furnish students with a more diverse array of internship opportunities,nurturing textile professionals equipped with international perspectives and innovative spirits,thereby further advancing the integration between industry and education.
