摘要
文章针对职业院校目前课程思政与社会生产实践脱节的问题,探讨立足具有区域优势的主导产业,充分调动社会力量,组建"大师资"、搭建"大平台".以"三全育人"思想为指导,秉承"胡杨精神",围绕师资体系构建和思政平台建设运用,创建扎实有效的工作体系,塑造富有实践特色的育人品牌,推动基地建设成果的转化,实现高质量的思政实践教学成果.
Abstract
In view of the disconnection between the current school curriculum ideology and politics and social production practice,the work discusses the establishment of"big teachers"and"big platform"based on the leading industry with regional advantages,fully mobilizing social forces.Guided by the"Three Comprehensive Education"ideology,adhering to the"Populus euphratica spirit",focusing on the construction of a teacher system and the application of ideological and political platforms,creating a solid and effective work system,shaping a practical education brand,promoting the transformation of base construction achievements,and achieving high-quality ideological and political practical teaching results.Guided by the idea of"three full education",adhering to the"spirit of Populus euphrygium",centering on the construction of teacher system and the application of ideological and political platform,a solid and effective work system can be created.It is conducive to build a brand of education with practical characteristics,promote the transformation of base construction results,and achieve high-quality ideological and political practice teaching results.
