摘要
文章探讨河北科技大学纺织类专业的"课赛创"一体化实践教学体系,旨在推动专业内涵式发展,提升应用型与创新型人才培养质量.该体系包括构建实践教学课程矩阵、以赛促教促学、产教研协同育人及完善评价机制四个方面.通过构建三阶递进课程矩阵,实现实践教学从基础到专业再到综合的层次递进;以竞赛为纽带,融合知识传授、实践内化和创新拓展,强化理论与实践的衔接;依托实践平台开展项目式教学与研发,举办高水平学术交流,促进人才培养与产业需求对接;采用多元全程评价机制,提升实践教学成效与教学质量.
Abstract
The article investigates the integrated practice teaching system of"Course-Competition-Creation"at Hebei University of Science and Technology's textile specialty,aiming to promote connotative development and enhance the quality of cultivating applied and innovative talents.This system encompasses four aspects:constructing a matrix of practical teaching courses,promoting teaching and learning through competitions,fostering industry-education-research collaboration in talent cultivation,and perfecting the evaluation mechanism.By establishing a progressive three-tier course matrix,it achieves a hierarchical advancement in practical teaching from fundamental to specialized to comprehensive levels.Competitions serve as a bridge,merging knowledge dissemination,practical internalization,and innovative expansion,thereby strengthening the connection between theory and practice.Relying on practical platforms,it conducts project-based teaching and research,hosts high-level academic exchanges,and aligns talent cultivation with industrial needs.It employs a diverse,comprehensive evaluation mechanism to enhance the effectiveness and quality of practical teaching.
