Abstract
The article delves into the historical origins,artistic characteristics,and cultural implications of butterfly motifs in the Qing Dynasty.Derived from nature,these motifs reflect the ancient people's appreciation and reverence for the natural world.During the Qing era,butterfly motifs emerged as highly sought-after decorative elements on porcelain and apparel,exuding a sense of intricacy and elaboration.The diverse compositional forms of butterfly motifs in the Qing Dynasty symbolize beauty,freedom,and love,and their widespread application in areas such as clothing and home decor provides inspiration and guidance for modern design.
