摘要
为解决现实中皮革企业知识产权保护存在的内部规则缺位和侵权成本与维权成本失衡等问题,文章以H市为例,提出了人才培养协同和行业区域协同两个策略,包括强化人才培养机制、加强行业间和区域间的协同合作,以及呼吁皮革企业加强知识产权保护,各相关行业协会积极参与.
Abstract
To address the issues of internal rule gaps and the imbalance between infringement costs and protection costs in intellectual property protection for leather enterprises,this paper examines the case of H City.It proposes two strategies:synergizing talent cultivation and enhancing industry and regional collaboration.This includes strengthening mechanisms for talent cultivation,fostering synergies between industries and regions,and advocating for enhanced intellectual property protection among leather enterprises with active participation from relevant industry associations.
