摘要
外观涂层性能直接影响到皮革的耐磨损、色牢度、抗污染等关键性能指标.文章以超纤合成革为研究对象,介绍了超纤合成革的概念及主要特点;采取Martindale磨损测试、Taber 磨损测试等检测方法分别对超纤合成革、PVC革、牛革等不同样片进行外观涂层性能对比检测,总结了超纤合成革在家具用革中的性能与成本优势.结果表明,超纤合成革作为一种高性能的合成皮革材料,可作为皮革家具制作中的材料首选.
Abstract
The appearance coating performance directly affects the key performance indicators of leather,such as wear resistance,color fastness,and pollution resistance.This work took microfiber synthetic leather as the research object and introduced the concept and main characteristics of microfiber synthetic leather.Martindale wear test,Taber wear test and other testing methods were used to compare the appearance coating performance of different pieces of microfiber synthetic leather,PVC leather,cow leather,etc.The performance and cost advantages of microfiber synthetic leather for furniture were summarized.The results indicate that microfiber synthetic leather,as a high-performance synthetic leather material,can be the preferred material in the production of leather furniture.
