Research on the Application of Silicate-based Inorganic Lightweight Fillers in the Lightweighting of Rubber Sole
Incorporating silicate-based inorganic lightweight fillers into the rubber sole formulation design,we examined their effectiveness in achieving lightweight soles.Simultaneously,we conducted a systematic investigation of the key factors influencing the preparation of lightweight soles, specifically vulcanization temperature and time. The results revealed that, within the lightweight sole preparation process,a vulcanization temperature of 165℃and a vulcanization time of 225 to 240 seconds yielded well-formed and dimensionally stable lightweight rubber soles. The inclusion of silicate-based inorganic lightweight fillers effectively reduced sole density, enabling the production of lightweight soles with densities ranging from 0.94 to 1.16 g/cm3.Furthermore,the introduction of reinforcing agents facilitated a balance between density reduction and the maintenance of physical performance.
