摘要

在橡胶鞋底配方设计方案中引入硅酸盐类无机轻质填料,研究其在鞋底轻量化中的应用效果,同时对影响轻量化鞋底制备的关键因素的硫化温度及硫化时间进行系统性的探究.结果表明,轻量化鞋底制备工艺流程中,硫化温度在165℃,硫化时间在 225~240 s,可以制备成型良好、尺寸稳定性好的轻量化橡胶鞋底;硅酸盐类无机轻质填料的加入,能够有效降低鞋底密度,可制备出轻量化鞋底密度在 0.94~1.16 g/cm3 之间的多范围可控;增强剂的引入,可实现密度降低与物理性能影响之间的平衡.

Abstract

Incorporating silicate-based inorganic lightweight fillers into the rubber sole formulation design,we examined their effectiveness in achieving lightweight soles.Simultaneously,we conducted a systematic investigation of the key factors influencing the preparation of lightweight soles,specifically vulcanization temperature and time.The results revealed that,within the lightweight sole preparation process,a vulcanization temperature of 165℃and a vulcanization time of 225 to 240 seconds yielded well-formed and dimensionally stable lightweight rubber soles.The inclusion of silicate-based inorganic lightweight fillers effectively reduced sole density,enabling the production of lightweight soles with densities ranging from 0.94 to 1.16 g/cm3.Furthermore,the introduction of reinforcing agents facilitated a balance between density reduction and the maintenance of physical performance.
