摘要
为了提升纺织品性能和市场竞争力,文章通过文献综述和实际案例分析,探究新材料技术在纺织面料中的应用现状和发展趋势.研究认为,新材料技术的应用显著提升了纺织面料的多功能性和性能.具体体现在面料逐渐多元化、审美趋向于光泽感、面料逐渐轻薄化以及功能性的多元发展等方面.研究还指出,成本问题、生产工艺复杂性、环保与安全问题、标准化和监管问题以及消费者认知不足等方面仍需进一步解决.通过规模化生产、研发简化工艺、推广绿色生产技术、制定统一标准和加强市场宣传等措施,可以提升新材料技术在纺织面料中的应用水平,推动我国纺织工业的振兴和国际竞争力的提升.
Abstract
In order to enhance the performance and market competitiveness of textiles,this study explores the current application status and development trends of advanced materials technology in textile fabrics through literature review and case analysis.The study concludes that the application of advanced materials technology significantly enhances the multifunctionality and performance of textile fabrics.Specifically,this enhancement is evident in the diversification of fabrics,a trend towards aesthetic gloss,the gradual lightweighting of fabrics,and the multifaceted development of functionality.The study also identifies challenges such as cost,complexity of production processes,environmental and safety concerns,standardization and regulatory issues,and insufficient consumer awareness that need further attention.Measures such as scaling up production,simplifying R&D processes,promoting green production technologies,establishing unified standards,and strengthening market promotion can elevate the application of advanced materials technology in textile fabrics,thereby promoting the revitalization of China's textile industry and enhancing international competitiveness.
