Abstract
Through literature analysis and field investigation,this paper explores the application of lean production management in clothing manufacturing.Lean production management is a method that focuses on quality,utilizes modern techniques to enhance production efficiency,and reduce costs.In clothing production,lean management is characterized by high automation,strong stability,operational feasibility,and high flexibility.Strategies for implementing lean management include optimizing production processes,balancing and optimizing production layouts and lines,as well as optimizing production planning and costs.By employing lean management techniques,clothing manufacturers can enhance production efficiency and quality,thereby achieving improved economic benefits.
