Comparative Analysis of Qing Dynasty Manchu Costumes and Rococo Costumes
To explore the significance of 18th-century Qing Dynasty Manchu costumes and Rococo costumes in the development of modern fashion,this study adopts a comparative research method,conducting a profound analysis from perspectives including social background,craftsmanship,and patterns.Qing Dynasty Manchu costumes are characterized by distinct features,with colors and patterns strictly constrained by a hierarchical system.In contrast,Rococo costumes are renowned for their curvilinear aesthetic,pursuing ultimate splendor and bodily ornamentation often at the expense of comfort.Both exemplify the characteristics of their respective eras,embodying profound historical and cultural significance.This research provides rich inspiration for contemporary fashion design,contributing to the promotion of exchange and integration among different cultures.
