This study explores the construction of open online courses based on the OBE concept,taking the ethnic costume design course as an example,through in-depth analysis of how to implement the OBE concept in terms of course objectives and expected outcomes,course content,teaching methods,teaching resources,teaching activities and evaluation system.Cultivate students'ability to innovate and solve practical problems in ethnic clothing design and be able to better adapt to the relevant industries and job capacity needs after graduation.It is concluded that the construction of online open courses based on the OBE concept provides a reference for the teaching reform of national costume design courses,and is conducive to the close combination of college curriculum construction and the needs of The Times.
