摘要
文章主要介绍了清远市纺织服装技能人才培训基地的建设思路、功能以及对纺织服装产业发展的贡献.清远纺织服装技能人才培训基地以教育部新工科人才培养理念为指导,旨在满足广清纺织服装产业转移园内企业对技能人才的需求.基地通过智能化管理、便利化升级、一体化教学和企业化展示建设,重点培养裁缝工、裁剪工和制版师等关键工种,依靠实训室建设、师资队伍强化、校企合作平台构建等策略培养高素质纺织服装技术人才,提升清远纺织产业竞争力,推动产业发展和地方经济繁荣.
Abstract
This article primarily elucidates the conceptualization,functionalities,and contributions to the development of the textile and apparel industry by the Qingyuan City textile and apparel skills training base.Guided by the Ministry of Education's new engineering talent training philosophy,the base aims to meet the demand for skilled personnel from enterprises within the Guangqing textile and apparel industry transfer park.Employing strategies such as intelligent management,facilitative upgrades,integrated teaching,and enterprise-oriented showcases,the base focuses on cultivating key professions like tailors,cutters,and pattern makers.Through initiatives such as the construction of training facilities,reinforcement of faculty expertise,and the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation platforms,it seeks to nurture high-caliber technical personnel in textile and apparel,enhancing Qingyuan's textile industry competitiveness and fostering industrial and local economic prosperity.
